Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We aim to have the order delivered within 1-2 day after it has been processed. We ship via DPD/Hermes and provide tracking details on the day of delivery.


Deliveries are ongoing 7 days a week except public holidays eg. Easter Day, Christmas Day and bank holidays. If delays are expected an email will be sent out to you, refunds will be issued if the item is out of stock or alternatively an email will be sent stating when the item is back in stock and if you would like the item to be sent out when back in stock.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Orders are shipped via DPD or Hermes.


Shipping is £3.99, except large cages* weighing over 10kgs.

 *Available for pick up only

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Order confirmation will be emailed instantly and shipment and tracking number will be texted/emailed on the day of delivery.


Returns Policy

You have 14 days to return the item.


we DO accept returns for*:

- toys

- supplements

- food, accessories

- cages


*all items must be unopen, have all tags and be suitable for resale.


we DO NOT accept returns for:

- Feeding Bowls

- Drinkers.

If products meet the requirements for a refund, an email will be sent out and the full refund should be available within 5-7 working days. please

Damaged items

If items are damaged please take pictures as soon as you have noticed the damage. Contact DPD and email us at: to file a complain. Please ensure you have images.
